My name is Lucas. I’m a Brazilian systems programmer living in Ireland.
I’m interested in exploring how we can go back to building software that respects the user. I don’t mean it just in a privacy-respecting sense. I want software that makes use of the resources it is given appropriately. That does what the user needs without getting in their way. Somewhere along the way we in the software industry lost the ability to do that.
